Whether you’re a bobsleigh veteran,
an up and coming athlete, a potential sponsor, a new
athlete or a bobsleigh enthusiast the club is here to
help you maximise your involvement and enjoyment of Great
British bobsleigh.
BobclubGB will promote bobsleigh to increase
awareness of the sport, attract and develop new athletes
and encourage long-term sponsorship relationships. Development
programmes will train new athletes as well as maintain
support for existing athletes at every level of the sport.
For those who prefer to watch from a safe
distance, you can look forward to numerous social, fundraising,
travel and corporate events that will be run throughout
the year for all BobclubGB members. The travel club will
enable you to support competing athletes at international
competitions and have a go yourself in the taxi bob!
Bobsleigh
is a sport that combines speed, skill, precision,
excitement and large doses of adrenaline!
Teamwork is absolutely vital to the
sport as a whole and essential for any competing 2
or 4-man team. Headed up by some of the biggest names
in the sport BobclubGB is here to provide support for
these relationships and create a sense of belonging
for all involved. This includes having lots of fun
along the way!
